He stole it from Sweden(He was running in a track meet) when he was in High School because it looked like an attractive part of the female anatomy if you know what I mean...
I must say I love this sign. I'm shocked this sign actually can be found in the public. I'd expect that people would constantly steal it to hang on their walls.
