My March Madness Bracket

This year I have filled out to many brackets just like years past, but I thought I would post the one that I believe to be the best. If I were on Mike and Mike in the Morning then this would be my Sheet of Integrity.

2 Min. Tuesday: No Video but thoughts

This should still only take you 2 minutes of your time. Sorry for no video today but technical issues are stopping me. I love technology and hate it all at the same time.

Now to what was said on the video that you may never see.

"Today was going to be for one Roger Clemens but I don't think he is worth it. Roger you are not believable and I wish you would just cut the crap. You did something wrong and we all know it. You could be like your good friend Andy and you would have looked a lot better. So today my time is for Andy Pettite. Andy I am glad that you are a Christ-follower, but as you know you are then held to a higher standard. I know none of us are perfect and we all need grace. That being said I really didn't like your answer when you were asked if you were a cheater. The answer should have been yes. Just like you owned up to your sin before God you should have owned up to this as well. Yes God knows your heart and even knows your motives but it was still sin and still cheating. I thought you handled this situation the best a man could but I really didn't like the answer of no. I hate that you have to show your sin to the world and I wouldn't want to be in your shoes for that fact, but know that you have a fan even if you cheated. To Roger Clemens you are not bigger than the game or our government. I hope one day you find that out. This has been a 2 min. Tuesday and I am Matt McKee."

In case you didn't hear...

The University of Kentucky upset Louisiana State University in FOOTBALL. That's right. The many of us Big Blue basketball fans are glad to see there is a football team. Congrats to the 4 seniors that could have gone to the NFL last year but stayed to make this season special.

Fantasy Football: A Ministry Tool?

NFL

Can you really use something like Fantasy Football as a ministry tool? You better believe you can. Of course, I believe that ministry can happen anywhere at anytime. I think we just have to be able to leverage the opportunity. So how is Fantasy Football a ministry tool? You tell me how you can get a bunch of non-believers together for 2 to 3 hours and start building relationships that are intentional. It is amazing to me the guy or girl that you can get to play fantasy football with you that you can't get to do anything else. Then you take that opportunity and build upon it and then out of nowhere you have a ministry opportunity.

You know just maybe we could get someone like Campus Crusade who has a lot of different arms like Athletes in Action, Student Venture, Business Ministry, and College Ministry to start a Fantasy Sports division. I don't know if I could raise the money for my salary but how fun would that be? Someone comes up to you and says, "What do you do for a living?" You response is, "Well I minister through playing Fantasy Sports!" I could do that...

By the way, you can also use it as a volunteer recruitment tool. My draft tomorrow is at 9:30 am and has 3 guys who I built relationships with and now volunteer in Children's Ministry. I am telling you that you can use anything for ministry.

Fantasy Football Draft TONIGHT?!?

I can't tell you how much I love Fantasy Football. I may actually love it to much. I have already bought a Fantasy Football magazine with stories like Target Drafting and how you should Handcuff your best Running Backs. I know what the Average Draft Position of the top 250 players are. I know who are considered sleepers, overrated, and who underperformed last year. Believe me when I say that I love Fantasy Football.

Well my first Fantasy Football Draft is tonight. That's right, TONIGHT. I know I know... It is about 3 weeks early but we like to have everyone get together and do a live draft at someone's house. Who is in this league? All of my family. My Dad, Wife, Father-in-law, Brother, Sister-in-law, Sister-in-law's husband, and Mother-in-law. Tell me this doesn't bring a tear to your eye. In other words on Thanksgiving and Christmas instead of trying to come up with something to talk about or just talking about each other behind each other's back, we break down our Fantasy Football teams. We talk about trades and who is stinking up the league. Of course the winner gets bragging rights for the year and the loser gets dogged.

I can't just tell you that I love this without giving you some type of tool, insight, or opinion. The best free drafting tool out there is at www.footballdiehards.com and it is called DDT. Click here to be taken to thier page and download the software. It really will help your draft and if you win the draft then you win your league, plain and simple.

If you are new to Fantasy Football let me tell you one thing this year. Don't draft the guy below:

Michael Vick
